ALA 15 | Automatic Edge Bander for pre-glued edges from a minimum of 0,4 mm to a maximum of 2 mm thickness.
The machine is compact, reliable and easy to use and to adjust.
The low investment and the small footprint make the machine accessible to artisans and small shops.
The installed groups are the followings:
• "Leister" blower with electronic temperature adjustment (20°C ÷s 450°C)
• End cutting unit
• Top and bottom trimming unit with TCT cutterheads
• Top feed unit for smooth and constant panel feed
The machine is complete with:
• Kit for edge with thickness up to 1,5 ÷ 2 mm, including:
- 4 idle rollers on the machine table
- Adjustable infeed fence with numeric readout
- 75 mm combined cutterheads (radius 2 mm)
- Numeric readouts for top and bottom trimmers adjustment
- Rolled edges tray diam. 730 mm

ALA 20 | ALA 20 is suitable for edges up to 2 mm, in rolls or strips, of melanine, PVC, ABS, solid wood with minimum thichness 0,4 mm up to 2 mm.
The machine is equipped with an aluminium glue pot with 5 heating elements to evenly heat up the glue to apply on the panel edge by means of a serrated glue spreader roller with micro adjustment.

ALA 21 | Single Side Edge Banders for application of PVC, ABS, Melamine, Veneer and sold wood edges in strips and rolls. Compact and sturdy, are the ideal solution for the needs of the small to medium workshop. It is possible to process panels from 8 to 40 mm with edging 0,4 ÷ 3 mm.
Models available: Ala 21A, Ala 21E, Ala 21A Super, Ala 21E Super.

ALA 23 | Single Side Edge Banders for application of PVC, ABS, Melamine, Veneer and sold wood edges in strips and rolls. Precise and sturdy, are the ideal solution for the needs of the medium sized industry. It is possible to process panels from 8 to 55 mm with edging 0,4 ÷ 8 mm.
Models available: Ala 23A, Ala 23E, Ala 23F, Ala 23R, Ala 23T-E, Ala 23T-ER.
