New range of Casadei Straightening Planers and Automatic Throughfeed Moulders

Casadei is pleased to introduce the new line of Straightening Planers and Automatic Throughfeed Moulders:
• Syncro
• Matrix 23 and Matrix 23 A
• Matrix 23 Super and Matrix 23 A Super

Syncro Syncro is an extremely flexible and simple machine to plane and straighten simultaneously the wood in all 4 sides in a single pass. Limited investment, ease of use and adjustments, small footprint and precision make this machine ideal for small to medium shops. The machine is equipped, standard, with 12 mm profiling capacity on both vertical spindles. Finished stock section: 180 x 105 mm

Matrix 23 and Matrix 23 A The Matrix 23 is a Straightening Planers like the Syncro but designed for a lager finished stock section: 230 x 120 mm. The Matrix 23 is also available in automatic version (Matrix 23 A). The 2 axes electronic controller of the Matrix 23 A further enhances ease of use. The machine is equipped, standard, with 20 mm profiling capacity on both vertical spindles.

Matrix 23 Super and Matrix 23 A Super The Matrix 23 Super is an Automatic Throughfeed Moulder with full profiling capacity of 40 mm on both vertical spindles. Both vertical spindles are equipped with the exclusive Casadei "Quick Set" system for fast and precise machine adjustments: it is simply necessary to set the radius of the cutterheads on special numeric readout to align the tools with the rest of the machine. The 40 mm profiling capacity and the "Quick Set" are also available, on request, for the top horizontal spindle. The machine is available in different versions with 4 or 5 fixed spindle, with or without universal spindle. Version A is equipped with 2 axes electronic control. Finished stock section: 230 x 120 mm
